The Challenge
It’s Day 7 of the My Body Challenge.
Still motivated? Don’t give up! The first week is always the hardest!
As every day from now on: don’t forget your large glass of water (ideally with lemon) and your anti-cellulite cold shower (explained on Day 4).
For breakfast, we’re sharing a light pancake recipe

Ingredients (makes about 8 pancakes):
– 4 tablespoons of cornstarch
– 4 tablespoons of 0% fat fromage blanc
– 2 eggs
– 1 tablespoon of sugar (or 1 sachet of vanilla sugar)
– a pinch of baking powder (about 1/4 of a sachet)
Method:
Mix all the ingredients together: the cornstarch, fromage blanc, eggs, sugar and baking powder until you get a smooth batter (you can use an electric mixer or a whisk).
Then, in a hot pan, pour a small ladleful of batter into the centre. Flip the pancake once you see small bubbles appearing on the surface. Enjoy!
To go with your breakfast or to enjoy throughout the day, we suggest making a pineapple ginger juice:

Ingredients for 1 person:
1 orange
200 g fresh pineapple
2 cm fresh ginger
Method:
Peel the pineapple and cut it into chunks.
Peel the ginger and roughly chop it.
Squeeze the orange to extract the juice.
Blend the orange juice with the pineapple and ginger. Serve well chilled.
Ready for today’s workout?
Ladies, with today’s exercise you’ll be able to say goodbye to your love handles!

Position: Stand with your legs apart, feet about one metre from each other, arms relaxed at your sides.
Movement: Lean your torso to one side, sliding your hand as far down as possible along your body (to your knee or below)
Duration: Complete 2 sets of 30 reps (15 on each side)
Tip: Do not tilt your upper body forwards or backwards. You should feel the stretch at the waist, on the side opposite to the bend. Use your obliques to bring your torso back upright.
Remember to control your breathing and drink water after every workout.
