The Challenge

It’s Day 30 of the “My Body Challenge”. Have a great start to the week. It’s the second-to-last day of the challenge! As every day from now on: don’t forget your large glass of water (ideally with lemon) and your cold anti-cellulite shower (explained on Day 4). For breakfast: 2 slices of wholegrain bread with 1 tsp of margarine, a handful of dried fruit and a green tea. tisane For dinner, here is an exclusive recipe for a light pizza with no butter or oil: pizza-483x280 Ingredients (serves 6): For the dough: – 250 g of sifted flour – 1 plain 0% yogurt or fromage blanc (125 g) – 1 egg yolk – a pinch of salt For the topping: – 50 g of tomato paste + water – 1 slice of turkey breast – 1/2 bell pepper – 2 small 0% fresh cheese portions Recipe method: Preheat your oven to 185°C. 1. Prepare the dough: mix all the ingredients together and shape into a ball. Then roll it out, stretching it well as it is slightly elastic. (Add a little more flour if needed.) 2. Assemble the pizza: place the dough disc on a non-stick baking tray without any added fat. Gently warm the tomato paste with a little water over low heat, keeping it fairly thick so it holds its shape. Spread it over the dough first. Then top with the turkey breast and bell pepper cut into small pieces. Finish by crumbling the fresh cheese over the top. Bake for 30 minutes (at 185°C). Today’s exercise faire des squats Today, it’s all about squats! This exercise tones the thighs and glutes without adding muscle bulk, while helping to effectively reduce the appearance of cellulite. POSITION Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and lower yourself until your thighs are parallel to the floor. Then rise back up. For an effective workout, it’s very important to control the descent by slowing it down slightly. Throughout the exercise, keep your back slightly arched, your knees stable, and make sure your heels never leave the floor. PACE Start with a set of 15 squats, then repeat this sequence 4 times, gradually increasing the number of squats with each session.
