The Challenge

It’s Day 28 of the My Body Challenge. Let’s go! Time to kick off today’s programme! As every day from now on: don’t forget your large glass of water (ideally with lemon) and your cold anti-cellulite shower (explained on Day 4). This morning, we’re suggesting a recipe for Light Grape Muffins 46c16618-0305-4dfc-8f5b-cffaee1526a3 Ingredients (makes 12 cakes): – 1 egg – 3 teaspoons of liquid sweetener suitable for cooking (equivalent to 150 g of sugar) – 125 g of flour (plain or wholemeal) – 1 sachet of baking powder – grapes (dried raisins also work well) – 10 cl of light cream (5% fat) – flavouring of your choice: liquid vanilla (2 tsp) or lemon flavouring (2 tsp) or vanilla powder… Recipe method: Soak the grapes in sweetened water until plump (if using fresh grapes). Preheat your oven to 200°C and remove the baking tray from the oven. In a bowl, combine the egg, sweetener and light cream, then mix well. Add your chosen flavouring. Add the flour and baking powder, then mix again. Fold in the grapes. Line your baking tray with a sheet of baking paper (ungreased); drop small mounds of batter onto it (one heaped spoonful per mound). Space them well apart as they will rise considerably. Bake in the preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 10 minutes at mid-height (keep an eye on them: timing may vary from one oven to another). Enjoy while still slightly warm. Today’s exercise: sculpted glutes 10543616_367050900108816_8745089843878653928_n Lie on your back with your arms alongside your body and both knees bent. Lift your hips so that your torso and pelvis form a straight line. Squeeze your glutes firmly and hold for a count of 10, then slowly return to the starting position. Complete two sets of 20. Tip of the day Massaging your stomach for five minutes, morning and evening, in a clockwise direction, helps stimulate your digestive transit and reduce bloating. Drinking at least 1 litre of water a day is essential for achieving a flatter stomach!

The daily pinch-and-roll massage

palper rouler2 To tackle cellulite, the pinch-and-roll technique is one of the most effective massage methods available. This technique involves kneading the skin to stimulate lipolysis, which helps release fat from adipose cells while boosting both venous and lymphatic circulation. These actions help target cellulite and the appearance of orange-peel skin, as well as reducing water retention. Ideal for eliminating toxins beneath the skin, this massage can be performed using a device, by a professional, or by hand. The movement should always go from bottom to top to support circulation. Although this technique can sometimes feel intense, it is remarkably effective against all types of cellulite. A few basic principles should always be followed: The massage should always be performed on skin that has been oiled beforehand. The pinch-and-roll technique should not be used on broken or wounded skin, as this could worsen injuries and interfere with healing. The CelluBlue method: Do you have a CelluBlue? Have you discovered our CelluBlue anti-cellulite cup ? This little game-changer makes it incredibly easy to perform the powerful pinch-and-roll massage technique to target cellulite. Results are visible in just 3 weeks. A video from our recent television appearance on Direct 8: To find out more about CelluBlue, here is a video featuring reviews from beauty bloggers:
