The challenge

It’s Day 15 of the “My Body Challenge”. Are you having a good weekend? We’re giving you a little rest today so you can learn how to master your skin rolling massage. As every day from now on: don’t forget your large glass of water (ideally with lemon) and your anti-cellulite cold-water shower (explained on Day 4). For breakfast, you may have a little time to make some high-protein pancakes? crepes proteines To make your pancakes, you will need: • 2 eggs, • 200 g fat-free fromage blanc, • 20 cl skimmed milk, • 4 tablespoons wheat bran, • 4 tablespoons oat bran Recipe (serves 2) – Place the fromage blanc in a bowl and whisk it with the milk. Add the egg, wheat bran and oat bran. – Let the mixture rest for 15 minutes. If the batter is too thick, feel free to add 1 tablespoon of skimmed milk. – Spread 1 teaspoon of oil in a non-stick pan using paper towel, then pour in 1/2 ladle of batter and cook for 1 minute over low heat. – Flip the pancake using a spatula and cook again for 1 minute. It’s ready ☺ An ideal breakfast in the morning: make several pancakes so you have enough for 1 or 2 breakfasts, then alternate with our pancake recipes, a bowl of unsweetened muesli or slices of wholemeal bread! You can now vary your mornings. Today’s exercises Today you’re going to combine two exercises you’ve already seen to work the whole body and target the love handles: – 2 min non-stop skipping rope – Love handle exercise (Day 7 of the Body Challenge): 2 sets of 30 reps (15 on each side) – 2 min non-stop skipping rope (for those who don’t have a skipping rope, do 2 sets of 30 squats).

Your daily skin rolling massage

The manual method: This method only requires energy (good old elbow grease!), a little more time since it is less effective than using the cup, and a bit of patience to achieve the right precision. Watch the video below for the full method. For today, massage each area for 10 minutes.
