The Challenge
It’s Day 4 of the My Body Challenge — still with us? Let’s go!
If not, now is the time to pick up your phone and get yourself motivated RIGHT NOW!
We talk about it often: cold water is an excellent way to fight cellulite on a daily basis.
But do you really know why? Do you know the right techniques? It’s time to take a closer look at this anti-cellulite method!
Cold water, by boosting circulation and firming the skin, helps to break down and flush out fat cells.
How to take an effective cold shower?
Knowing the right moves is key to optimally stimulating circulation and smoothing out dimples. The first thing to keep in mind: you shouldn’t be shivering!
It should remain a pleasant experience, and you should ease into it gradually.
Start at the lower legs, around the ankles, and slowly work your way up to the knees. Pause, then continue up to the hips. Begin with the left leg, then repeat on the right.
If you have cellulite on the upper body, you can then move up to the stomach using circular movements, then to the arms — from the hands up to the shoulders, and from the hands up to the armpits.
Take it at your own pace: gradually adjust the temperature and the pressure of the jet!
For a delicious yet light breakfast, here are our tips for making your own homemade granola!
Ingredients:
. 100 g almonds
. 50 g hazelnuts or pumpkin seeds
. 400 g organic rolled oats
. 50 g cranberries or Goji berries
. 50 g raisins
. 6 tablespoons agave syrup or honey
. 50 ml sunflower oil
Method:
Roughly chop the almonds and hazelnuts.
Pour the rolled oats into a large bowl and add the remaining ingredients, finishing with the agave syrup and oil. Mix well.
Spread the mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
Leave the granola to cool, then store in an airtight container.
Enjoy your homemade granola in the morning at breakfast with a little fat-free fromage blanc.
Ready for today’s workout?
The great thing about our exercises is that they are simple, will only take a few minutes a day, and require no equipment.
You can do them comfortably at home, every day — ideally 5 times a week.
It’s only Day 4, so we’re going to suggest an exercise that’s still nice and easy 🙂
Lie on your back, arms alongside your body, palms flat on the floor.
Bend your knees with the soles of your feet flat on the floor.
Lift your hips up and hold for a few seconds, without straining your back.
Lower back down slowly.
Do 3 sets of 15!

Remember to control your breathing and drink water after each workout.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The challenge is and will always remain 100% free, with no purchase required.
The Cellublue cup will be a great help in a few days for certain cellulite-targeting exercises, but a manual method (slightly longer and a little less effective) will always be offered as an alternative.
Although the Cellublue cup is very affordable, we want the challenge to be accessible to everyone, regardless of budget.
