The Challenge

It’s Day 3 of the “My Body Challenge”, still with us? Your 5 friends are joining you ? Let’s go! As we saw yesterday, start every morning by drinking a large glass of water (with or without lemon) to help detox your body. From today onwards, you’ll find detox and wellness recipes, as well as fitness exercises to help you get back in shape gradually! For breakfast: a 0% fat yoghurt + a kiwi + a green tea, and for those with a sweet tooth, 3 squares of dark chocolate 🙂 salade aubergines grillées On the menu for lunch today, a grilled aubergine salad 🙂 Ingredients (2 Servings) : – 1 firm, good-sized aubergine – 4 slices of bresaola – 2 soft-boiled eggs – 20 g toasted pine nuts – 250 g mixed green salad – walnut oil – balsamic vinegar – strong mustard – garlic – shallots – salt, pepper Recipe preparation: Prepare the aubergines: slice them lengthways, steam or microwave them, then brush with olive oil and basil and grill in a pan or in the oven. Boil the eggs for about 8 minutes until soft. Toast the pine nuts. Slice the meat into strips. Dress the salad with 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 2 tablespoons of oil, 1 teaspoon of mustard, salt, pepper, ground garlic and ground shallots. Toss the pine nuts and meat with the salad, then add the warm aubergines. Finish with the eggs cut into quarters. exoAB For this 3rd day, we’re going to work your legs, glutes and abs ! > Your starting position : Lie flat on your back and raise both legs straight up towards the ceiling. > The exercise : This exercise is based on the scissors movement. Cross your legs (right over left, then reverse) then open them as wide as possible. Repeat the sequence: cross the right leg over the left, then the left over the right, open your legs wide, then cross them again. Perform this exercise at a fairly sustained pace. > How many sets of “scissors” ? We recommend doing at least 3 sets of 15 to 25 scissors. Take a short pause of a few seconds between sets. > Our tip : Throughout the exercise, keep your back pressed flat against the floor. If you find it a little difficult, place your hands under your glutes for support. Have a great day and see you tomorrow!
