The Challenge
It’s Day 23 of the My Body Challenge.
Wishing you all a wonderful week!
As every day from now on: don’t forget your large glass of water (ideally with lemon) and your anti-cellulite cold shower (explained on Day 4).
For breakfast, if you have any leftover soft cakes from yesterday, feel free to finish them this morning.
If not, go for a plain 0% yoghurt with maple syrup, a piece of fruit and a green tea.
For lunch, here’s an idea for a slimming celery & apple salad

Ingredients (serves 4):
– 6 large celery stalks
– 1 large apple (Granny Smith, preferably)
– 200 g 0% fromage blanc
– 1 tsp strong mustard
– salt, pepper
– lemon
Recipe preparation:
For the dressing:
In a bowl, mix the fromage blanc with the mustard, add a few drops of lemon juice, salt and pepper.
For the salad:
Slice the celery stalks into thin strips, peel the apple and cut it into small cubes.
Add the celery strips and apple cubes to the bowl and mix well.
Best served chilled.
Today’s exercise: Triceps dips

Triceps dips are one of the best moves for toning your triceps at home with no equipment.
All you need for this exercise is a chair.
Position:
Stand with your back to the chair, place your hands on the edge of the seat, arms straight, and extend your legs out in front of you.
Keep your back straight throughout the exercise.
The goal is to use the strength of your arms to lift yourself. Once in position with arms extended, bend your arms, lower your hips without touching the floor, then straighten your arms again. Repeat the movement.
Your shoulders should always stay back.
Pace: Do 2 sets of 15 reps.
Extra: The benefits of celery
Although low in calories, this vegetable is packed with essential nutrients, including calcium, iron, potassium, sodium and vitamins A, B and C.
Here are a few good reasons to eat celery:
1) Supports weight management: it is very low in calories – just 16 kcal per 100 grams.
2) Aids digestion: it is very high in fibre.
3) It contains many beneficial antioxidants, particularly in its leaves and seeds.
4) Rich in vitamins: it provides a significant amount of vitamins A, B, C and K.
5) Helps regulate blood pressure and supports healthy cholesterol levels.
Your daily pinch-and-roll massage

To tackle cellulite, the pinch-and-roll is the most effective massage technique there is.
This technique involves kneading the skin to stimulate lipolysis, which helps release fat from adipose cells while boosting both venous and lymphatic circulation.
These actions help combat cellulite and the orange-peel effect, as well as reducing water retention. Ideal for eliminating toxins beneath the skin, this massage can be performed with a device, by a professional, or by hand.
The movement should always go from bottom to top to improve circulation. Although this technique can sometimes be uncomfortable, it is remarkably effective against all types of cellulite. A few basic principles should be followed:
The massage should always be performed on skin that has been oiled beforehand.
The pinch-and-roll should not be used on broken or wounded skin, as it may worsen injuries and interfere with healing.
