The challenge

Before anything else, don’t forget your large glass of lemon water as soon as you get out of bed, and a balanced breakfast: 2 slices of wholegrain bread + jam/honey + a green tea.

In the bathroom, don’t forget the cool — or cold, for the brave ones — water jet on your legs, from bottom to top.

For this evening, we suggest a detox broth :

Ingredients (serves 6):

Carrot(s): 4
Leek(s): 3
Onion(s): 2
Button mushroom(s): 100 g
Whole peppercorns: 5 g
Water: 2 l
Olive oil: 2 cl
Curly parsley: ½ bunch
Garlic clove(s): 1 clove

Recipe instructions:

– Wash and peel all the vegetables.
– Finely slice the onions, leek, carrots and mushrooms.
– Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a large pot, then add all the vegetables.
– Add the parsley, garlic, pepper and water.
– Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 1 to 1.5 hours.
– Once cooked, carefully ladle out the broth without stirring the vegetables too much.

>> With the leftover vegetables, you can blend a portion with a little broth to make a soup base for tomorrow evening 🙂

– Top tip: serve your detox broth alongside grilled vegetables!
Here’s an example for just 95 calories: half a red pepper (15), one small courgette (20), three spring onions (30) and two medium slices of aubergine (30).

Once grilled, season with salt and pepper, then drizzle with a few drops of wine vinegar and a herb of your choice (thyme works beautifully). Cut into bite-sized pieces and serve as a small salad.

Today’s exercise: Step

Today we’re working your legs, thighs and toning your calves. Let’s go!

Place one foot on a chair and step up as high as possible, keeping your knee fully extended when you’re standing on the chair.

Alternate legs for 3 sets of 30 (15 per leg) with 30 seconds of rest between each set.
Follow up this workout with 10 minutes of pinch-and-roll massage while your muscles are still warm.

Today’s pinch-and-roll session

Let’s focus again on the pinch-and-roll massage, which is the most important exercise of the entire challenge. Some of you have let the coach know that you haven’t been doing your pinch-and-roll massage every day
No pinch-and-roll = no results at the end of the challenge

So don’t forget to complement your diet and exercise efforts with the pinch-and-roll massage every day or every other day, following our targeted exercise routine to tone up and break down the fat cells responsible for cellulite. You’ll quickly notice the benefits of these new daily habits!

As you know, the pinch-and-roll is the most effective massage technique there is.
The movement should always go from bottom to top to boost circulation. Even if the technique can be a little uncomfortable at times, it is remarkably effective against all types of cellulite.
Please remember the following guidelines before you begin:

• Always massage on skin that has been oiled beforehand.
• The pinch-and-roll should never be performed on broken or wounded skin, as this could worsen injuries and interfere with healing.
• Drink at least half a litre of water after each session.

A quick reminder on how to use your CelluBlue :
