The Challenge
It’s Day 11 of the “My Body Challenge”. Still with us? Well done for your efforts!
As every day from now on: don’t forget your large glass of water (ideally with lemon) and your anti-cellulite cold shower (explained on Day 4).
For breakfast, we recommend 2 slices of wholegrain bread with a little maple syrup + a tea or coffee + a piece of fruit this morning or at 10am if you feel a little peckish.
For lunch, here is a fresh chicken strip salad recipe

Ingredients / serves 2
1 pack of Douce France chicken strips
1 pink grapefruit
1 bag of mixed young leaves (mesclun)
6 cherry tomatoes
½ light goat’s cheese log
Grated celeriac
Balsamic vinegar
1 lemon
Wash and drain the salad leaves. Rinse the cherry tomatoes and cut them into quarters.
Peel the grapefruit. Grate a little celeriac, then add a few drops of lemon juice.
Cut 4 rounds of goat’s cheese. Arrange everything in individual small bowls.
In a non-stick pan with no added fat, cook the chicken strips over medium heat, turning them regularly until they are nicely cooked through and crispy.
Finally, place the warm chicken strips on your salad and drizzle with a splash of balsamic vinegar and lemon juice.
Today we’re sharing a brand-new recipe for an apple & cucumber detox smoothie:

Ingredients for 2 people:
1 apple
1 small cucumber
1/2 bunch of watercress
10 mint leaves
Crushed ice
Method:
Wash, peel and dice the cucumber and apple.
Wash the watercress and mint.
Place all the ingredients in a blender, blend and serve chilled.
And now, your exercise of the day:
Position: Standing, hands on hips, keep a stable stance with your back straight. Fix your gaze on a point in front of you. Lift your right leg out to the side as far as possible, then return to the starting position. Repeat with the left leg.
Duration: Complete 2 sets of 30 reps (15 on each side).
