The challenge
We’re going to share our tip for making your own cereal bars.
Homemade cereal bars are fairly high in protein and almost fat-free.
Homemade cereal bars are an excellent source of energy, especially during physical activity.
Homemade cereal bars can also be made with other grains such as quinoa, barley, wheat or rice.
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 25 minutes at 180°
Makes approximately 12 bars:
300 g organic oat flakes (preferably)
180 g chopped dried fruits (almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, raisins, cranberries, figs, apricots… the choice is yours)
80 g sesame seeds
3 tbsp brown sugar
8 tbsp liquid honey
3 tbsp grape seed oil
Method:
Gently heat the sugar, honey and oil together.
In a separate bowl, mix the oat flakes with the chopped dried fruits.
Bind with the syrup.
Pour the mixture into a rectangular silicone mould or a mould lined with baking paper.
Sprinkle with seeds.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Leave to cool for 10 minutes after removing from the oven, then cut into rectangles.
Enjoy 🙂
And even though it’s Sunday, don’t forget your daily rituals: a large glass of lemon water first thing in the morning, and in the bathroom, a cool (or cold, for the brave ones) water jet on your legs.
Today’s massage session
Only 6 more days until the end of our Grand Challenge — now is not the time to ease up! You’re going to beat your cellulite 🙂
For today, go all in with a 20-minute massage session !!
For the brave ones, follow it up with your favourite exercise for abs or glutes.
And for those who own a CelluBlue cup, move on to a 15-minute session this evening !
As you know, the pinch-and-roll massage is the most effective massage technique there is.
The movement should always be performed from bottom to top to improve circulation. Although this technique can sometimes be uncomfortable, it is remarkably effective against all types of cellulite.
Remember to follow these guidelines before you begin:
• The massage should always be performed on an area that has been oiled beforehand.
• The pinch-and-roll technique should not be used on skin with open wounds, as this could worsen injuries and impair healing.
• You should drink at least half a litre of water after each session.
A quick reminder on how to use your CelluBlue :
1. Oil the areas of your body affected by cellulite.
2. Pinch CelluBlue between your fingers to release the air.
3. Apply CelluBlue to the areas with cellulite, then release — your skin is drawn into the cup.
4. Begin the massage: make targeted movements from bottom to top (for 3 minutes), left to right (for 1 minute), then circular movements (for 1 minute). Feel free to adjust the suction intensity by pinching CelluBlue more or less firmly.
5. After your session, remember to drink half a litre of still water.
