Spinach is very low in calories and high in fibre. It has a satisfying effect that fits perfectly into a balanced, anti-cellulite diet. It helps regulate appetite and limit unnecessary fat intake — great news for smoother skin! Spinach also supports a flatter tummy by aiding digestion.
Smoothie:
- 5 handfuls of baby spinach
- 1 small banana
- 1 small green apple
- 1 yogurt
Toppings:
- ½ banana
- 1 kiwi
- 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
Tips: mix up your toppings and smoothie fruits to keep things interesting (dark chocolate, nuts, dried fruits…).
For the yogurt, feel free to use a classic or plant-based version. If you’re happy with the texture using only blended fruit, you can leave the yogurt out entirely.
