Anti-cellulite smoothies are a wonderful way to look after your figure while enjoying something truly delicious! There are endless variations of this refreshing drink, so to help you get started, we’ve handpicked 5 recipes to help you wave goodbye to cellulite…
The benefits of anti-cellulite smoothies
Smoothies are great slimming allies as they make it easy to enjoy fruits and vegetables every day. Since no cooking is involved, all the nutritional goodness of the ingredients is preserved. With your anti-cellulite smoothies, you’ll be loading up on vitamins, fibre, water, minerals and more… By choosing the right combinations, you can tap into the anti-cellulite and detox properties of certain fruits and vegetables. That said, be mindful not to overdo it — fruit is naturally high in sugar, and adding milk or yoghurt can increase the calorie count.
Our tip: use your anti-cellulite smoothies to create delicious smoothie bowls! Simply pour your smoothie into a large bowl and add your favourite toppings (homemade granola, dark chocolate chips, nuts, dried fruit, berries…) for a healthy, satisfying and anti-cellulite breakfast.
