Method
- Peel the fruit and cut into pieces.
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy!
Flat-tummy anti-cellulite smoothie
Serves 2
Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 20 raspberries or 10 strawberries
- 2 apples
- 4 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- A few mint leaves
Method
Simply blend all the ingredients together — and that’s it! Easy, right? And absolutely delicious, you’ll see!
Vanilla & apricot smoothie

Ingredients
- 300g fresh pitted apricots
- 60ml fresh orange juice
- 50g 0% quark
- 2 drops vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp honey
- 5 ice cubes
Method
Blend all the ingredients together until you get a creamy smoothie. Serve immediately.
Green smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- ½ cucumber
- 1 lime
- 4 tbsp 0% quark
- Salt, pepper
Method
- Start by peeling the cucumber and avocado.
- Squeeze the lime and collect the juice.
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until you get a thick drink.
- Refrigerate and serve well chilled!
Refreshing strawberry & carrot smoothie
Serves 2
Ingredients
- 5 carrots
- 12 strawberries
- 1 0% yoghurt
- 2 tbsp honey
Method
- Peel the carrots and cut them into small pieces.
- Wash and hull the strawberries.
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into 2 glasses and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Sweet & savoury slimming smoothie
Serves 2
Ingredients
- 2 small bananas
- 2 mangoes
- 1 large handful of fresh spinach
- 60cl soy milk (or your milk of choice)
Method
- Peel the mangoes and bananas, then cut into pieces.

- 1 green tea bag
- 2 slices of pineapple (fresh, preferably)
- 1 tbsp rolled oats
Method
- Steep your tea bag in a cup of hot water for about 3 minutes. Allow the tea to cool completely.
- Cut 2 slices of pineapple into chunks.
- In a blender, combine the cooled tea, pineapple and rolled oats. Blend until smooth.
