How to apply a body wrap to your stomach, thighs or bottom
Whether you go for coffee, blue clay or avocado, the steps are the same. Apply the mixture to the areas you want to treat, such as your stomach, thighs or bottom, avoiding mucous membranes. You can massage gently as you apply it, just as in the coffee and green tea recipe.
Then wrap the area in three layers of cling film and leave on for 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the recipe. Remove the film and rinse with cool water. Once rinsed, a firming cream can round off your skincare routine.
