1st step of my evening slimming routine: I unwind with an anti-cellulite infusion

Ingredients
- A pinch of cherry stems
- A pinch of blackcurrant leaves
- A pinch of birch leaves
- A pinch of meadowsweet
Preparation
Bring a large cup of water to the boil, then leave the leaves to steep for around ten minutes off the heat with a lid on. Strain, then sip slowly.
2nd step of my evening slimming routine: I treat myself and declare war on fat

3rd step of my evening slimming routine: I work out… in bed

The bridge
Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the mattress.
Keep your arms alongside your body. Then lift your hips as high as you can.
Hold for two seconds, then slowly lower back down without fully resting your hips.
Repeat this movement 30 times, squeezing your glutes and abs throughout.
Lateral leg raises
For this exercise, lie on your right side with your knee bent. Rest your head on your right hand and place your left hand on your left hip.
With your left leg straight, raise it towards the ceiling, hold for a few seconds, then lower it slowly. Without resting your leg, repeat the raises. Continue for 30 seconds, then repeat on the other side.
The bicycle
Lying on your back, bend your knees, bend your elbows and place your hands behind your head. Then raise your legs in the air one at a time. Bring your left elbow to your right knee, then your right elbow to your left knee. Alternate the movement until you’ve completed 25 reps on each side.
The plank
Finally, we wrap up our evening slimming routine with one of the most well-known and effective exercises out there: the plank. Lie face down, rest on your forearms or hands and the tips of your toes, then lift your entire body to form a straight line. Hold for 1 minute — and you’re done!
