Ingredients (serves 2):
- 2 raw salmon fillets
- 100 g quinoa
- 1 cabbage
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/2 bunch of coriander
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 1 kale leaf
- 1 cube of fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 10 cl soy sauce
- ½ lemon
Method:
Prepare the marinade: in a bowl, mix the sesame oil, soy sauce and lemon juice.
Marinate the fish in the mixture. Then slice the avocados, shred the cabbage and finely chop the coriander. Cook the quinoa.
In a bowl, layer the quinoa, then the tomatoes and other vegetables. Add the fish and sprinkle with a few sesame seeds before serving.

Ingredients (serves 2):
- 500 g carrots
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 can of coconut milk (20 cl)
- 2 cm fresh ginger
- 2 tsp turmeric
- 1 clove
- 1 chicken or beef stock cube
- 1 bunch of fresh coriander
- Salt and pepper
Method:
Peel the carrots and cut them into sticks. Peel and finely slice the onion. Peel the garlic cloves and crush them with the flat of a knife. Peel the ginger and slice it finely. In a sauté pan, heat the oil and add the spices, cooking for 4 minutes to bring out their flavour. Add the onion and ginger and gently sauté for 2 minutes.
Add the carrots, stir to combine with the spices and cook over a medium heat for 3 minutes.
Add the garlic and coconut milk.
Season with salt and pepper and cook over a medium heat for 25 minutes, stirring regularly.
