- 1 teaspoon of brewer’s yeast
- 1 teaspoon of milk

- ½ whole-milk yogurt
Directions:
The ultimate recipe for radiant, beautifully drained skin! Start by mixing the milk and yeast together. Then let the mixture rise near a heat source for about 30 minutes. Add the honey and yogurt, then mix well. That’s it! Apply this treatment to your body and leave on for 10 minutes. Then rinse with cool water to boost circulation and firm up the skin. A cold shower is ideal for tackling the appearance of cellulite!
