Christmas Cocktails: Our Brilliant Anti-Cellulite Ideas!

We don’t always think about it, but during the festive season, we also tend to let loose when it comes to drinks! And we all know that alcohol doesn’t exactly help us stay on track. So this year, the decision is made — we’re treating ourselves without the guilt! And if we told you there are Christmas cocktails that can be light, indulgent and figure-friendly all at once, would you be as excited as we are? Discover our favourite Christmas cocktails to sip your way through the holidays.

Christmas Cocktail #1: Spiced Mulled Wine

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 litres of red wine
  • 100g stevia
  • 2 star anise
  • 1 lemon and orange zest
  • 2 small sticks of cinnamon
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 thin slice of ginger
  • A pinch of freshly grated nutmeg

Method:

Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to the boil over medium heat. Leave to simmer for 5 minutes. Strain, then serve your guests in large glasses.

Christmas Cocktail #2: Light Lemonade Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle of rosé wine
  • 1/2 bottle of sugar-free lemonade
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 pink grapefruit
  • 10cl of grapefruit syrup
  • 50g stevia

Method:

One of the most original light drinks around!

Start by washing and slicing all the fruit into half-rounds.

Then pour the fruit, stevia, syrup and wine into a large bowl. Leave to macerate for several hours in the fridge.

Half an hour before serving, add the lemonade.

Serve this cocktail well chilled with ice cubes!

Christmas Cocktail #3: Orange Christmas Punch

Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle of red wine
  • 20cl of rum
  • 1 orange
  • 1 lemon
  • 125g stevia
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 cloves

Method:

Begin by warming the wine with the cinnamon, without bringing it to the boil.

Squeeze half the orange and stud the other half with the cloves.

Squeeze the lemon. Add both juices and the orange half to the wine, then stir in the stevia.

Pour in the rum, flambé, then serve!

Christmas Cocktail #4: Champagne & Citrus Punch

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 organic orange
  • 1/2 organic lemon
  • 15cl Cointreau
  • 5cl lemon juice
  • 15cl cane syrup
  • 1 bottle of champagne

Method:

Slice the citrus fruits into rounds.

Then mix together the Cointreau, cane syrup and lemon juice. Add the lemon and orange slices.

Just before serving, pour in the well-chilled champagne and stir gently.

A special festive tip:

To give your cocktail a truly festive feel and add a luxurious finishing touch to your glass, once the champagne is poured, sprinkle a tiny pinch of edible gold glitter on top. Effortlessly elegant!

Christmas Cocktail #5: Red Berry & Spice Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle of red wine
  • 200g mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • A dash of blackcurrant syrup
  • 1/2 tsp five-spice blend
  • 1 tsp ginger powder

Method:

Gently heat the berries with the honey and spices.

Then pour everything into a bowl, add the red wine and blackcurrant syrup.

Stir well and leave to chill in the fridge for a few hours before serving.

Styling tip: serve garnished with fresh or thawed redcurrants or blueberries.
