A classic move to help with cellulite: position yourself against a wall, then bend your knees as if you were sitting in a chair, with your thighs parallel to the floor. Lower down with both legs, then rise back up; do 20 repetitions. Next, from the same starting position, lift one leg, then the other; do 20 repetitions (it burns a little, but it’s for a good cause!).

This cellulite exercise should be done on a mat or towel. Get on all fours, then place your forearms flat on the floor (or do as shown in the following image). Keep your back straight. Lift your right leg so it’s parallel to the floor, then lower it and do the same with your left leg. Ideal for toning your glutes! Do 25 repetitions on each leg.

All you need is a chair or a simple ledge to help reduce cellulite ! Simply bend your left knee and extend your leg behind you. Your left foot is placed on the chair behind you. Then bend (lower) your right leg until your thigh is parallel to the floor.Rise back up and repeat the exercise about twenty times.
