To tackle stubborn dimples, alongside your anti-cellulite massage sessions with the CelluBlue cup and a regular physical activity routine, paying attention to your diet is equally important! Today, we’re shining a spotlight on the detox power of green tea and raspberries, two ingredients you can easily enjoy together every day!
The detox action of green tea and raspberries
Green tea
Green tea is well known for its highly effective detox properties: it helps burn fat and boosts metabolism. It also helps drain tissues, making it a great ally against water retention, which often goes hand in hand with aqueous cellulite. And thanks to its anti-inflammatory properties, green tea is a go-to weapon against persistent dimples!
How to enjoy it? It couldn’t be simpler: just drink two cups a day — one on an empty stomach and one in the afternoon — with a touch of stevia and/or fresh lemon juice. Enjoy it hot or cold, whichever you prefer!
Raspberries
Like all red berries, raspberries are great for your skin as they are packed with antioxidants. They also help stimulate metabolism and support fat breakdown. This fruit is also an excellent ally against snacking, as raspberries are surprisingly filling. And remember, uncontrolled snacking is a habit best left behind if you’re serious about tackling cellulite!
The best way to enjoy them is fresh, without added white sugar — a little stevia or honey works perfectly — or stirred into fat-free plain yogurt. Out of season, natural dietary supplements are a great alternative.
Whip up a delicious detox drink!
You can combine the anti-cellulite benefits of raspberries and green tea into one surprisingly effective and delicious detox drink! Simply brew 1 litre of green tea and let it cool in the fridge. Then add a little stevia and fresh lemon juice.
Pour the mixture into a blender, add around 100 g of raspberries, and blend. Add ice cubes if you like, then blend one final time. You’ll end up with a wonderfully light and refreshing slushie you can sip throughout the day — perfect as an aperitif or to unwind after a long one!
