Do you have cellulite and want a simple way to look after your skin? Here are a few ideas for anti-cellulite creams you can make at home (with green tea, lemon, rosemary or strawberry) and apply several times a week. They are certainly not miracle solutions, but they may help to soften the dimpled look of the skin.
Green tea anti-cellulite cream

For this first anti-cellulite skincare recipe, which is quite original, you will need:
- 1 teaspoon of matcha
- 1 teaspoon of vegetable glycerin
- 3 teaspoons of tragacanth gum powder
- 10 drops of lemon essential oil
- 300 ml of water
To prepare it, pour the water, glycerin and matcha powder into a saucepan and heat gently. Mix with a whisk, then add the gum powder. Stir again, pour the mixture into a jar, then add the essential oil. The texture will turn gel-like as it cools, and you can then apply it to dry skin!
Lemon anti-cellulite cream
To make this lemon anti-cellulite cream, you will need:
- 4 tablespoons of lemon juice
- half a bar of grated organic soap
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 4 tablespoons of glycerin
- 10 cl of rose water
First, mix the soap and rose water, then leave it to rest for 12 hours. Next, melt this mixture in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of gently simmering water, take it off the heat and add the remaining ingredients. Stir, and once it has cooled, it is ready! You can use this cream every day and keep it in the fridge.

- 1 tablespoon of witch hazel
- 5 drops of rosemary essential oil
- 5 drops of grapefruit essential oil.
First, mix the oils and the witch hazel, then add the body lotion, stirring well. All that is left is to apply the cream, preferably after your shower!
Strawberry anti-cellulite cream
For this homemade body cream, you simply need:
- half a cup of well-mashed strawberries
- 1 tablespoon of sweet almond oil
- 3 tablespoons of brown sugar
Simply mix all of these ingredients to obtain a smooth, creamy texture, then apply it to damp skin using circular motions. Leave on for 10 minutes, then rinse with cool water!
