My fat-burning soups: turmeric & broccoli

Serves 2
Ingredients
- 400g broccoli
- 1 pinch of turmeric
- ½ onion
- 75cl water
- Salt, pepper
Recipe
- Peel and dice the onion. Cook in a saucepan for a few minutes.
- Add the water to the saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Wash the broccoli, then chop the stem into small pieces and separate the florets.
- Add the broccoli stems to the saucepan, then the turmeric. Cover and cook for about 15 minutes.
- Add the broccoli florets, cover and cook for a further 10 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper, blend and enjoy immediately!
My fat-burning soups: carrot & dill

Ingredients
- 300g carrots
- 1 tsp chopped dill
- ½ onion
- 1 stock cube
- 50cl water
- 2 tbsp fat-free fromage blanc
- Salt, pepper
Recipe
- Peel and dice the onion. Cook for a few minutes in a saucepan with a little water.
- Meanwhile, peel the carrots and cut them into small pieces.
- Add the water to the saucepan, bring to a boil, then add the stock cube. Stir well.
- Add the carrots and simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes.
- Add the fromage blanc, salt and pepper, then blend your soup.
- Divide into 2 bowls and top with dill. Ready to serve!

- Add the honey and vanilla, then stir well. Cook for a further 5 minutes, adding a splash of water if needed.
- Blend the apples, stir in the fromage blanc and cinnamon, then enjoy!
