Yay girls, it’s the weekend! Time for our essential little beauty routine. Today we’re sharing two homemade body treatments to care for areas where cellulite shows. You can use these homemade treatments alongside your massages with your CelluBlue cup.
2 Firming Treatments to Make at Home
The Seaweed & Salt Scrub

Ingredients:
- A handful of coarse sea salt
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of Guam seaweed mud
- 10 drops of grapefruit essential oil
- 10 drops of rosemary essential oil
How to prepare:
Why seaweed? It is widely used in body care, particularly in scrubs and wraps. Grapefruit adds a fresh note, while salt exfoliates to smooth the skin. As for rosemary, it gives the mixture its scent. If water retention concerns you, we discuss it in a dedicated article.
Simply mix all the ingredients in a bowl, then apply the natural scrub to damp skin. Massage the areas where cellulite is visible using circular motions for a few minutes. Then rinse thoroughly with cool water for a refreshing finish. Use this treatment 1 to 2 times per week.

The Clay & Coffee Wrap

Ingredients:
- Grounds from 2 or 3 cups of coffee
- 1 cup of strongly brewed green tea
- 2 tablespoons of ventilated green clay
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
How to prepare:
You’re probably already familiar with coffee as an ingredient in homemade body treatments! Green clay is also a popular ingredient for looking after the skin naturally. Don’t forget the green tea, which completes the recipe. You can use this treatment 2 to 3 times per week.
Start by mixing the tea and coffee in a bowl, then add the green clay and olive oil. You’ll get a paste-like mixture to apply to your stomach, legs, thighs, arms, and more. Then wrap with cling film and leave on for 20 minutes. Finally, rinse off!

The body cream that hydrates and helps firm the skin
- Kigeline & Fenugreek, two plant-based actives at the heart of the formula
- Hydrates the skin and helps strengthen its firmness on targeted areas
- Melting texture: it absorbs quickly, with no residue or greasy film

So girls, are you trying these firming treatments with us this weekend?
