Strawberry “crufiture” – a no-cook jam

Ingredients
- 1 large cup of strawberries
- 1 tbsp chia seeds, our anti-cellulite allies
- 1 tsp water
- 1 tbsp honey
Method
- Start by hulling, washing and halving the strawberries.
- Place the strawberries in a blender and blitz until smooth.
- Add the water, chia seeds and honey, then blend again for a few seconds.
- Pour the mixture into a glass jar with a lid and store your crufiture in the fridge.
That’s all there is to it! Your crufiture will keep in the fridge for up to one week.
The ultimate raw dessert: no-bake brownie
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 130g fresh dates
- 80g hazelnut powder
- 1 handful of walnut halves
- 80g oat bran
- 30g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 pinch of cinnamon, an excellent anti-cellulite spice
- 1 pinch of salt
Method
- Start by pitting the dates and cutting them into pieces.
- Place the dates in a bowl, cover with water and leave to soak for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine the oat bran, hazelnut powder, cinnamon, salt and cocoa in a mixing bowl.
- Once the dates are ready, blend them in a food processor with 4 tbsp of water until you get a thick paste.
- Add the date paste to the dry mixture and knead until you have a smooth, even dough.
- Press the mixture firmly into a small tin, then scatter the walnuts on top.
- Refrigerate your brownie for at least 2 hours before serving.
Apple, raisin & oat cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup of rolled oats, an essential anti-cellulite ingredient
- 1 large apple
- 1 large handful of raisins
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt
Method
- Peel the apple and grate it finely using a box grater.
- Place the oats, cinnamon and salt in a blender and blitz until you get a dough.
- Transfer the dough to a mixing bowl, then add the apple, raisins and honey. Mix well.
- Shape small, fairly flat rounds of dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, then leave your cookies to dry — ideally in the sun — for 4 to 5 hours.

Strawberry & basil soup
Serves 2
Ingredients
- 250g strawberries, a spring anti-cellulite fruit
- 1 tbsp honey
- 5 fresh basil leaves
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Method
- Start by washing and hulling the strawberries.
- Rinse the basil leaves.
- Place the strawberries in a blender along with the honey, basil, olive oil and vinegar.
- Blend until smooth, then divide between 2 bowls and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Green smoothie

Ingredients
- 2 handfuls of fresh spinach
- 1 banana
- 1 kiwi
- 200ml milk of your choice
- 2 tbsp honey
Method
It couldn’t be simpler: place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth. Enjoy immediately to make the most of everything this green smoothie has to offer!
