kiwi, un allié anti-cellulite

The ultimate winter fruit, kiwi is one ingredient you can enjoy freely when looking to eat more balanced, maintain your figure and reduce the appearance of cellulite. Here’s everything you need to know!

The anti-cellulite and slimming benefits of kiwi

This delicious little fruit, available at markets from December through April, helps curb snacking between meals thanks to its high fibre content. As well as promoting a feeling of fullness, fibre supports healthy digestion and helps prevent bloating — the enemy of a flat stomach! Low in calories and naturally sweet, kiwi has impressive antioxidant properties that help neutralise free radicals and protect the skin from premature ageing. Rich in potassium and well known for its exceptional vitamin C content, it also supports blood vessel health and improves circulation. This in turn helps with flushing out toxins and reducing the appearance of cellulite!

At just 50 kcal per 100g, kiwi is a great slimming and anti-cellulite companion that, as you’re about to discover, works just as well in drinks as it does in desserts or even savoury dishes!

So many reasons to love this fruit… right, ladies? To keep your figure and smooth the look of cellulite, it’s time to add kiwi to your plate!
