DIY: 3 Natural Peels for Beautiful, Toned Skin!

To look your best for the holidays, it’s all about taking care of your skin. Today we’re sharing 3 natural peels to revive your skin’s radiance and gently tone it. You can of course apply these treatments to your body (bust, legs, arms, etc.), but also to your face!

The lemon peel

Lemon is a fantastic ingredient for detoxifying the skin and restoring its natural glow! For this natural peel, you’ll need half a cucumber, the juice of one lemon, one egg white and a little brown sugar for the exfoliating effect.

Blend the cucumber, then add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Then apply the mixture to your skin using circular motions. Leave on for 5 minutes, then rinse off with cool water to stimulate circulation!

The oat peel

A body treatment that couldn’t be simpler — perfect for getting rid of dead skin cells. All you need is a few tablespoons of rolled oats, a little brown sugar and some mineral water.

Mix all the ingredients together: the rolled oats should be well soaked to achieve a thick consistency. Massage the treatment into your skin using circular motions, then leave on for 10 minutes. Rinse off with cool water to tone the skin — and you’re done!

The natural lavender peel

For a treatment that’s as enjoyable as it is effective, reach for lavender essential oil! You’ll need 3 drops of lavender essential oil, one teaspoon of coarse salt and two tablespoons of olive oil. It’s the perfect combination to nourish your skin and exfoliate it gently!

Mix all the ingredients together, then apply the treatment to your skin. Massage in using circular motions for a few minutes. Rinse off immediately with cool water. You’re ready for the holidays!
