There’s no shortage of advice out there when it comes to beating cellulite! And since not all tips are worth following, we figured it was time for us — as cellulite specialists — to set the record straight! Here’s our true or false guide!
Not all cellulite is the same: TRUE!
There are three types of cellulite: water-retention, adipose, and fibrous! Each type requires a different approach. So if you want to get rid of yours, you’ll need to be smart about it and know your enemy!

Cellulite comes with being overweight: FALSE!
If that’s what you think, think again! You can be very slim and still be affected by this dimpled nuisance. In fact, any woman can suffer from it — whether curvy, slim, petite, or tall! That said, we’ll admit that it does tend to appear more often in women with fuller figures!
Cellulite settles in our fleshier areas: the buttocks, hips, tummy, and thighs. It’s essentially a build-up of fat cells whose storage capacity has been maxed out, creating that bumpy, uneven texture on the skin’s surface — the dreaded orange peel effect.
The only lucky ones who are largely spared — though not always — are men! Thank you, testosterone!
Slimming creams can beat cellulite: TRUE and FALSE!
Actually, more than the ingredients in slimming creams themselves, it’s the massaging action used to work them into the skin that makes a real difference on cellulite!
To amplify that effect, try the pinch-and-roll technique and use our CelluBlue cupping cup! Because that’s something we’re confident about — it works!
One word of caution though: you can’t beat cellulite without a balanced diet and regular physical activity!
Staying hydrated helps beat cellulite: TRUE!
Drinking at least 1.5L of water a day is not only essential for your health, but also for beautiful skin! It keeps your skin looking radiant and supple — and helps fight cellulite at the same time!
That said, we’re talking about water, not soda, fruit juice, or coffee! Herbal teas and regular teas, however, can count towards your daily water intake!
