Homemade body care: Caffeine wrap

You already know that when it comes to tackling dimples, nothing beats caffeine ! Follow this caffeine balm recipe, to be applied as a wrap. You’ll need:

  • 1 cup of green tea
  • 3 cups of strong coffee
  • 2 tablespoons of green clay
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Mix all the ingredients together until you get a smooth, even balm. Apply a layer of the mixture to your chosen areas. Then wrap the area in cling film (cellophane). Leave the balm to work for 30 to 40 minutes, then rinse off with water. This balm can be used several times a week, as often as you like! The combined action of coffee and green tea should have a positive effect on your cellulite.

Homemade body care: Sugar scrub

If you love gentle exfoliation, this recipe is for you! This homemade treatment will leave your skin feeling wonderfully soft and supple — a pure moment of indulgence… for which you’ll need:

  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (which, incidentally, is excellent for caring for stretch marks!)
  • Optional: 5 drops of atlas cedar, grapefruit or sweet fennel essential oil — all three known for their notable anti-cellulite action.

Mix all the ingredients together until you get a smooth paste. Apply this homemade scrub to your body using small circular movements. Rinse off with clean water. Note that this scrub does not keep, so prepare it for a single massage session. That said, silky-smooth results are guaranteed!
