Ingredients

Method

Wash the lemons, then slice them into rounds.

Fill a large glass with water, add the lemon slices and washed mint leaves.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before drinking.

My draining drinks: cinnamon & apple water

Ingredients

  • 1 small stick of cinnamon, the essential anti-cellulite spice
  • 1 organic apple

Method

Wash the apple and slice it very thinly or cut it into small cubes.

Place the apple pieces in a pitcher, add the cinnamon, then fill with water.

Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours before drinking.

My draining drinks: pineapple & guarana

Ingredients

  • 75cl of water
  • ¼ fresh pineapple, the ultimate fat-burning fruit
  • ½ tsp guarana powder

Method

Peel and chop the pineapple, then blend until smooth.

Add the water and guarana to the blender and mix again.

Pour into a pitcher, refrigerate for a few hours and enjoy!

My draining drinks: coffee & ginger

Ingredients

  • 50cl hot water
  • 15cl freshly brewed hot coffee
  • 1cm fresh ginger, a well-known fat burner
  • ½ organic lemon
  • 1 tsp honey

Method

Grate the ginger and squeeze the lemon to collect the juice.

In a pitcher, add the ginger and honey, then pour in all the remaining ingredients.

Stir and enjoy this drink warm.

My draining drinks: detox tomato juice

Ingredients

  • 50cl tomato juice (make sure to choose one with no added sugar!)
  • 10 drops of Tabasco
  • 15cm celery stalk
  • A pinch of pepper

Method

Clean and slice the celery very thinly.

In a pitcher, pour the tomato juice, add the Tabasco and pepper, and stir.

Divide the celery between glasses before serving well chilled.

  • 1 organic grapefruit, a citrus fruit with incredible detox properties
  • A handful of fresh raspberries
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 80cl water

Method

Rinse the whole grapefruit, the rosemary and the raspberries.

Slice the grapefruit into very thin rounds, then place them in a pitcher.

Add the raspberries and the rosemary sprig, then cover with water.

Refrigerate and serve well chilled.
