The semolina, rosemary & lemon scrub

Ingredients :

  • 3 tablespoons of durum wheat semolina
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice (organic)
  • 1 tablespoon of lukewarm water
  • 1 pinch of dried thyme
  • 1 pinch of dried rosemary

Preparation & application :

Simply mix the semolina with the herbs, water and lemon juice in a bowl. Quick tip : if you have dry skin, you can swap the lemon for yoghurt ! To apply, massage the treatment onto the target areas using circular movements, then rinse with cool water to boost circulation. Your skin will feel smooth and soft !

The green tea scrub

Ingredients :

  • 1 tablespoon of brewed green tea
  • 2 teaspoons of almond powder
  • 1 tablespoon of sweet almond oil
  • 1 pinch of coarse sea salt

Preparation & application :

First, brew your green tea as usual, then let it cool in the fridge before using. Then mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl. If your skin tends to be very dry, skip the coarse salt ! Apply the treatment using circular massage movements, then leave on for 3 to 5 minutes. Rinse off with cool water !

The coconut scrub

Ingredients :

  • 2 tablespoons of shea butter
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon of desiccated coconut
  • 1 teaspoon of brown sugar

Preparation & application:

Start by letting the shea butter soften in a bowl, then add the coconut oil, desiccated coconut and brown sugar. Mix well ! Then apply your scrub using circular movements for a few minutes, then rinse thoroughly with cool water !
