Hey #CelluBlueteam! Congratulations to everyone — you’ve already made it to Day 10 of the Fitness Challenge!
Today we’re working on our abs! You’ll find all the exercises below — complete this flat belly circuit 3 times.
EXERCISES
Exercise 1: Mountain Climbers
Start in a plank position: legs and arms fully extended, core engaged and tight.
Bend your right leg, bringing your right knee in toward your chest without letting it touch the floor.
Push off to switch legs: your left leg is now bent under your torso while your right leg is extended.
Do 40 reps.

Exercise 2: Chair Rotation Crunch
For this exercise, you’ll need an elevated surface such as a chair. Lie flat on the floor, keeping your back straight.
Raise your legs straight up, feet together, toes pointed toward the ceiling, and rest your heels on the edge of the chair.
Place your hands behind your head, elbows wide apart. Keep your neck relaxed and your back loose. Gently lift your head (do not pull on your neck — let your shoulders lead the movement).
Then lift your torso and reach your right hand toward your left leg.
Repeat the movement, pointing your left hand toward your right leg. Alternate between these two movements.
Do 20 reps on each side.

Exercise 3: Scissors
Lie on your back, arms extended above your head or alongside your body.
With legs straight, lift them slightly off the floor while engaging your core. Make sure to keep your lower back pressed firmly against the floor to avoid strain.
Hold the position, then cross your legs while keeping them straight — alternate right leg over left and left over right — then return to the starting position.
Complete several repetitions; you should feel your abs working throughout.
Do 40 reps.

TIPS
Tips to help burn fat:
- Drink water with lemon juice to help flush toxins from the body and combat water retention
- Drink green tea for its anti-retention properties: it helps drain the body and decongest tissues
- Avoid sitting for too long
- Get at least 7 hours of sleep
- Boost your vitamin D intake to support a greater feeling of fullness
- Eat a good breakfast to avoid cravings and snacking throughout the day
- Lower the temperature in your home to encourage your body to work harder to warm itself up — and burn extra calories in the process.
THE ANTI-CELLULITE TIP
Here are a few tips to help relieve the feeling of heavy legs and improve circulation, which can contribute to the appearance of cellulite.
- Drink herbal teas!
