My express routine: chair dips

A true classic: the chair exercise! This move is ideal for toning and strengthening your arms effectively. Simply sit on the edge of a chair or armchair with your hands resting on the edge, then lower yourself towards the floor until your elbows form a right angle. Push back up through your arms and repeat. Do 2 sets of 25 reps!

My express routine: bicep curls

routine express curlsGrab a dumbbell or a water bottle in each hand. Standing with your arms at your sides, raise the dumbbells to shoulder height without swinging — keep your elbows tucked close to your body. Lower back down in a controlled movement and repeat. Keep your back straight! Do 3 sets of 20 reps.

This exercise is great for the underside of the arms and also engages your core. Lying on your back, hold a dumbbell or water bottle in each hand and raise your arms straight up in the air. Lower your arms back behind you without touching the floor, then return to the starting position. Do 2 sets of 30 reps!

routine express brasHold a dumbbell in each hand. Standing with your feet slightly apart and knees softly bent, place one dumbbell behind your neck and rest the other hand on your hip. The goal: extend the arm holding the dumbbell straight up without moving your elbow! Do 2 sets of 25 reps, then switch arms.

Lie face down on the floor, then prop yourself up on your forearms and the balls of your feet. Engage your whole body and keep your back perfectly straight — your body should form one straight line from head to toe. Hold the position for 1 minute.

routine express papillonStand with your feet hip-width apart. Hold a dumbbell in each hand and extend your arms out to the sides at shoulder height. Bend your forearms and bring your elbows together in front of your face. Open your elbows back out to return to the starting position. Repeat the movement 25 times.
