  • 2 apricots
  • 2 small peaches
  • 2 small plums

Method

  1. Wash the fruit and peel the peaches.

  • ½ avocado
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp honey

Method

  • 10 raspberries
  • 10 redcurrants
  • 10 blackberries

Method

  1. Wash all the fruit and remove the stems.

Ingredients

  • 1 small carrot
  • ¼ celery stalk
  • 1 tomato

Method

  1. Peel the carrot and slice it into rounds.
  2. Clean the celery and chop it into small pieces.
  3. Carefully peel the tomato, remove the stem and roughly chop it.
  4. Squeeze the lemon.
