My slimming drinks: strawberry & lemon
This recipe is one of the most effective slimming drinks for draining the body, reducing water retention and supporting healthy circulation. Strawberries are a powerful antioxidant that help care for the skin and combat the inflammation associated with stubborn cellulite.
Ingredients
To prepare this drink, you’ll need the zest of one lemon, about ten strawberries and one litre of water.
Recipe
Bring the water to a boil, add the lemon zest, then the strawberries. Let it boil for 20 minutes, then blend everything until smooth. That’s it! You can even add a few ice cubes to give your metabolism an extra boost. Drink a glass after each meal and follow the routine for 7 days!
My slimming drinks: pomelo & green tea

Ingredients
You’ll need one pomelo, 20 grams of green tea and 200 ml of water.
Recipe
Start by squeezing the pomelo to extract the juice. Bring the water to a boil, then steep the green tea to make an infusion. Add the pomelo juice and stir. You can also add a little honey or a squeeze of lemon. Drink this warm every morning for 15 days and you’ll soon notice the difference!
My slimming drinks: pineapple & dandelion
You probably already know that pineapple is ideal for supporting weight management and detoxifying the body, thanks to the bromelain it contains. Here, you’ll pair it with a plant known for boosting circulation and helping tissues eliminate toxins: dandelion!
Ingredients
You’ll need 2 slices of pineapple, 20 grams of dandelion and a glass of water (200 ml).
Recipe
Simply bring the water to a boil, then add the pineapple and the plant. Let it boil for 20 minutes, strain and it’s ready! You can enjoy this drink for around ten days as your afternoon snack. You’ll start noticing changes from the very first days of your routine!
My slimming drinks: apple, parsley & ginger smoothie

Ingredients – makes 1 smoothie
- 2 organic apples
- 15 sprigs of parsley
- 1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
Recipe
Cut your organic apples into small pieces, keeping the skin on. Place the apples, the washed parsley and the grated ginger into a blender. Blend until you reach a smooth, drinkable consistency. Enjoy immediately!
My slimming drinks: sugar-free lemonade
This lemonade is a great alternative to the shop-bought versions. It contains no added sugar, so you can sip it throughout the day!
Ingredients – makes 2 glasses
- 1 lime
- ½ lemon
- 1 small handful of fresh mint leaves
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- 500ml water
Recipe
Start by washing the mint. Squeeze the lime and set the juice aside. Slice the lemon into rounds. Place the mint leaves, agave syrup, lime juice and water into a blender. Blend for a few seconds. Pour your lemonade into 2 large glasses. Add the lemon slices. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, then enjoy nice and cold!

Ingredients – makes 1L
- 350g strawberries
- 20 fresh mint leaves
- 1L water
Recipe
Start by washing the strawberries and cutting them in half. Wash the mint leaves. Place the mint leaves and strawberries into a bottle. Add 1L of water, stir gently, then leave your detox water in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Sip throughout the day!
