Hello CelluBlue team! Ready for day 7? You’ve already been at it for a whole week! Not so hard, is it?

Today we’re working the thighs and glutes again — with brand-new exercises! Ready? Let’s go!

 

EXERCISES

Exercise 1: Sumo Squat

To perform this exercise, stand with your feet wider than shoulder-width apart and turn your toes outward. Inhale as you bend your knees, lowering your hips toward the floor while keeping your back straight. Exhale slowly as you rise back to the starting position. Squeeze your glutes at the top for best results!

Repeat 20 times!

Exercise 2: The Bridge

For this second exercise, lie on your back with your arms alongside your body and your knees bent. Plant your feet firmly on the floor for support. Engage your core and press through your feet to lift your hips, squeezing your glutes as you go. Your hips, thighs, and knees should form a straight line. Lower back down without resting your glutes on the floor, then repeat.

Repeat 25 times!

Exercise 3: Single-Leg Bridge

For this final exercise, the principle is the same as the previous one — except one leg must remain extended throughout the movement.

Do 10 repetitions on each leg.

TIPS

How to stay healthy?

Here are a few tips to help you stay on track no matter what!

  • Always grocery shop on a full stomach: it will stop you from reaching for treats and help you focus on what you actually need.
  • Eat from smaller plates: we naturally tend to fill our plates, so by downsizing them, you’ll automatically reduce your portion sizes!
  • First thing in the morning: drink a glass of warm lemon water. This drink acts as a gentle detox and sets you up for a great day.
  • Try to get at least 7 hours of sleep per night.

AVOCADO SLIMMING CREAM

Avocado is packed with skin-loving benefits! It’s obviously a go-to for active women looking for a nourishing fitness diet, but you can also use it to whip up a slimming body treatment: all you need is half an avocado, 2 tablespoons of honey, the juice of one lemon, and 3 drops of lemongrass essential oil.

Start by mashing the avocado flesh, then add the remaining ingredients.Mix well until you get a smooth, creamy texture, then apply a thin layer to the body on all desired areas. Leave on for 20–25 minutes, then rinse off with cool water to stimulate circulation and boost the detox effect!
