Breathe deeply and hold the position for 40 seconds. Lower yourself back down by bending your arms, then repeat the movement 6 times.

Bow pose

Plank pose

Press up until your arms are fully extended and you’re resting on your toes, forming a straight line from head to heel. Be careful not to let your hips drop too low or rise too high. Hold for 30 seconds, lower yourself back down, then repeat 4 times.

Boat pose

Then lift both legs, trying to keep them straight. If that’s too challenging, bend your knees so your shins are parallel to the floor. Extend your arms forward and hold for 30 seconds. Rest, then repeat 4 times.
