Hey girls! Today is the second-to-last day of our special Summer challenge.

We are so proud of you for making it this far and want to congratulate you on your determination to achieve the flat stomach you’ve been dreaming of! 🎉

On the agenda today: a new menu, a yoga session and a slimming tip.

🍽️ Today’s menu

Breakfast:

  • 2 slices of wholegrain bread
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 fresh fruit
  • 1 hot drink of your choice
  • Dessert: 2 kiwis

Lunch:

  • Quinoa with green vegetables
    • 75g quinoa
    • 1 courgette
    • 50g peas
    • 1 portion of feta
    • 1 sprig of parsley
  • 1 chicken breast
  • Dessert: 1 vanilla yogurt + 1 square of dark chocolate

Dinner:

  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 slice of ham
  • 1 portion of green beans
  • Dessert: 1 fromage blanc

⭐ Today’s session

Here is a 3-exercise routine you can do without leaving home.

THE WARRIOR POSE

Standing with your feet together, step your right foot out about 1 metre to the side and rotate it 90°. Keep your left foot still. Raise your arms above your head and bring your palms together. Keep your back straight and your hips aligned with your shoulders for 1 minute.

THE TRIANGLE POSE

Stand with your feet about 1.5 metres apart. Turn your right foot 90° outward. Keep your hips straight, aligned with your shoulders. As you inhale deeply, extend your arms out to the sides at shoulder height, parallel to the floor with your palms facing down. Then, as you exhale, slide your right hand down your right leg until you reach your shin — or, if you’re more flexible, the outside of your right foot. Hold the position for 1 minute.

THE TREE POSE

Standing, place your left heel on the knee of your right leg. If that’s too challenging, rest it lower on your calf. Bring your hands together in front of your chest, elbows close to your body. Hold the position for 1 minute.
