How do you apply these body scrubs?

It couldn’t be simpler! First, mix all the ingredients together in a small jar. Then move on to applying the treatment. Use your scrub on slightly damp skin, and apply the treatment by massaging it into all the areas you wish to target. Pay extra attention to the areas you want to work on: thighs, stomach, arms, buttocks, hips, etc. Continue massaging in circular movements for a few minutes. Then leave it on for 5 minutes… and you’re done!
Finally, rinse the treatment off with cool water. Cold water helps tighten tissues, boost circulation and firm the skin. You can use these body scrubs several times a week, and your jar will keep for several days in the refrigerator.
