HIIT
Hey girls,
Let’s go for Day 6 of the 2016 Challenge: Eat, Move, Change!
Have you had your big glass of warm lemon juice to detox your body? This should now become a daily ritual!
We’re starting the day with a delicious yet healthy breakfast: toast one or two slices of wholegrain bread, spread a little honey (or jam with no added sugar), then top with almonds, dried fruits and shredded coconut. Enjoy your toast with a hot drink or a freshly squeezed fruit juice 🙂

Today’s exercise: chair dips!

Capture d’écran 2016-01-06 à 18.21.52
For this exercise all you need is a chair.
1- Place your hands behind you on the edge of the chair. In a seated position, straighten your arms while keeping your elbows slightly soft, to avoid putting too much strain on your triceps and joints. The rest of your body should follow the movement.
2- Bend your elbows so that your body lowers towards the floor. Keep your back close to the chair.
3- Return to your starting position and repeat.
Fitness challenge: complete 4 sets of 10 reps. Come on girls, let’s do this!
You’ll also find this exercise in our complete 12-week fitness programme: Wonder Body Guide.

Today’s tip: say goodbye to cellulite!

Not sure what to do to tackle cellulite? Want to get rid of orange-peel skin? Read our tips below to help you smooth things out 🙂
Tip 1: coffee grounds
Coffee grounds are grainy and rich in caffeine, making them an excellent fat-burning scrub! To make the most of their anti-cellulite benefits, simply use them as a scrub 2 to 3 times a week. It’s quick and easy. Choose the area of your body affected by cellulite (thighs, buttocks or stomach, for example) and apply the coffee grounds directly. Massage in small circular movements for at least 5 minutes, then rinse off.
Tip 2: cherry stems
Cherry stems have draining and diuretic properties, which can be very effective in helping to reduce the appearance of cellulite! To get the most out of them, simply brew them as a homemade herbal infusion.
Tip 3: the CelluBlue® cup
It’s a 100% medical-grade silicone cup that lets you recreate the pinch-and-roll massage technique at home, easily and quickly. The first results are visible in as little as 21 days, on all skin types and cellulite types.
For those of you who own a CelluBlue cup, treat yourself to a session this evening on the area of your choice (thighs, buttocks, stomach or arms).
