The Challenge

It’s Day 24 of the “CelluBlue Body Challenge”.

As every day from now on: don’t forget your large glass of water (ideally with lemon) and your cold anti-cellulite shower (explained on Day 4).

Here’s a breakfast recipe idea: Homemade Granola

For a delicious yet light breakfast, here are our tips for making your own granola at home!

Ingredients:
. 100 g almonds
. 50 g hazelnuts or pumpkin seeds
. 400 g organic rolled oats
. 50 g cranberries or goji berries
. 50 g raisins
. 6 tablespoons agave syrup or honey
. 50 ml sunflower oil

Method:
Roughly chop the almonds and hazelnuts.
Pour the rolled oats into a large bowl and add the remaining ingredients, finishing with the agave syrup and oil. Mix well.
Spread the mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
Leave the granola to cool, then store in an airtight container.

Enjoy your homemade granola in the morning with fat-free fromage blanc or soy yogurt.

Today’s exercise: Burpees

Standing upright, place your feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
Lower yourself as if performing a squat and place your palms flat on the floor in front of your feet.
Jump your legs back into a plank position. Your body should be completely straight, with shoulders, hips and heels aligned.
Hold the plank position and perform a push-up, bringing your chest as close to the floor as possible.
To come back up, jump your feet towards your hands, then leap into the air! Keep your heels on the floor before returning to the squat position.
Jump up, reaching your hands as high as possible above your head. Legs are straight and your whole body is extended.

Complete 2 sets of 15 reps.

Your daily pinch-and-roll massage

To tackle cellulite, the pinch-and-roll technique is one of the most effective massage methods available.
This technique works by kneading the skin to stimulate lipolysis, which helps to release fat from adipose cells while boosting both venous and lymphatic circulation.

The pinch-and-roll technique must never be used on broken or wounded skin, as this could worsen injuries and interfere with healing.
