The challenge

This is Day 19 of the CelluBlue Body Challenge. Still feeling motivated?

As every day from now on: don’t forget your large glass of water (ideally with lemon) and your cold anti-cellulite shower (explained on Day 4).

For breakfast, on the menu: a 0% plain yogurt with a few chia seeds, a little honey or jam + a freshly squeezed fruit juice (orange or grapefruit).

For lunch, we suggest you try an original recipe: a Tuna & Zucchini Hot Dog:

Ingredients for 4 servings:
– 6 zucchinis
– 2 cans (240 g each) of tuna in water
– a few basil leaves
– 1 tsp mustard
– 1 small can of basil tomato sauce
– salt
– pepper

Preparation:
Step 1: Cut the zucchinis in half and place them in the basket of your pressure cooker. Cook for 5 minutes.
Step 2: Leave to cool in the fridge for about 2 hours.
Step 3: Mix the tuna, tomato sauce, basil, and mustard together, then season with salt and pepper.
Step 4: Fill the zucchinis and return everything to the fridge.

The perfect exercise to tone your thighs without adding bulk and work your glutes!
We already covered the SQUAT exercise on Day 8, and today we’re combining it with SUMO SQUATS.
What’s the difference? For this move, your feet should be placed much wider than hip-width apart, your back straight or slightly arched, and you’ll bend your knees while lowering your hips further down. The sumo squat places greater emphasis on the inner thigh muscles.
Important: never round your lower back at the bottom of the movement.

2 sets of 15 reps SQUAT

Tip: for the sumo squats, you can hold a 1 or 2 kg dumbbell in each hand to increase the difficulty slightly 😉
