Ingredients:
- 2 ripe mangoes
- 100 ml almond milk
- 1 vanilla pod
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
Preparation:
Start by peeling the mangoes, then remove the stones and cut the fruit into pieces. Place them in a saucepan and cook with the vanilla sugar and the vanilla pod, split lengthways, over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Remove from the heat and discard the vanilla pod, then blend the compote with the almond milk. Enjoy this dessert warm or chilled.
My anti-cellulite recipes: ginseng fruit soup
Ingredients:
- 4 apples
- 4 ripe kiwis
- 1 grapefruit
- 1 orange
- 1 lemon
- 1 ginseng green tea bag
Preparation:
Start by steeping your tea in boiling water for about ten minutes, then let the infusion cool.
Peel the apples, remove the seeds and blend the fruit, loosening with a little water. Squeeze all the citrus fruits, peel the kiwis and slice them into rounds. Then simply blend the kiwis with the citrus juice, the apple and the cooled tea. This vitamin-packed drink is best served very cold!

Ingredients:
- 250 g strawberries
- 2 oranges
- 2 kiwis or 2 apricots
- 1 litre sparkling apple juice
- 1 small bunch of mint (optional)
Preparation:
Begin by washing the strawberries, removing the stems and slicing them into small rounds. Peel the kiwis and slice them into rounds as well. Wash the oranges and cut them into thin slices.
In tall glasses, layer all the fruit slices, alternating varieties. Add ice cubes, top up with sparkling apple juice and garnish with mint leaves if you like. That’s it — ready to serve!

Ingredients:
- 1 pear
- 125 g silken tofu
- 125 g melon flesh
- 2 g agar-agar
- 2 pinches of ground cinnamon
Preparation:
Start by preparing the melon: remove the skin and seeds, then cut the flesh into pieces and blend.
In a saucepan, combine the blended melon with the agar-agar. Stir and bring to the boil, continuing to stir; then cook over medium heat for 2 minutes after boiling.
In a bowl, whisk the silken tofu, then fold it into the melon mixture. Stir well and divide between individual bowls. Peel the pear, cut it in half and remove the core. Place one half in each mousse, then refrigerate. Simply dust with cinnamon just before serving!

- 200 g frozen blueberries
- 200 g silken tofu
