TODAY’S RECIPE
What could be better than a homemade pancake recipe on a Sunday? Heartier than crêpes and smaller in size, so you can enjoy several 🙂

Today’s exercise: the plank
1- Get down on the floor, resting on your elbows, forearms and the tips of your toes.Today’s tip: have a snack

- A handful of nuts and dried fruits (almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, etc.)
- A dairy option (a bowl of fromage blanc, a piece of cheese, etc.)
- A piece of fruit (apple, banana, mixed berries) or a fruit salad
- A smoothie, a fresh fruit juice, a tea, a herbal infusion, or lemon water
- Frozen fruit ice lollies for summer (watermelon, melon, etc.).
- A slice of wholegrain bread with a little jam, lean ham or maple syrup
