Let’s go for Day 10 of the 2016 Challenge: Eat, Move, Change!
Have you had your large glass of warm lemon water to detox your body? This should now be part of your daily routine!
Start the day with fromage blanc topped with a few almonds, walnuts and hazelnuts, a kiwi, and the drink of your choice.
TODAY’S RECIPE
Today we’re sharing one of our favourite recipes: lemon chicken skewers with courgette tagliatelle and spiced quinoa!

Ingredients (serves 4):
4 chicken escalopes
A few sprigs of rosemary
2 courgettes
1 lime
Olive oil
200 g quinoa
Turmeric
Method:
Cut the chicken into pieces and marinate in the zest and juice of a lime, the rosemary sprigs, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and a pinch of salt for at least 1 hour.
Rinse your quinoa in a fine sieve and place it in a saucepan with twice its volume of very lightly salted water. Add a teaspoon of turmeric.
Cook over medium heat, covered, for 12 minutes.
Use a vegetable peeler to slice the courgettes into tagliatelle strips (peeled or unpeeled).
Blanch the courgette tagliatelle for 2 minutes in a pan of boiling water.
Cook the chicken in a frying pan.
Serve with the quinoa and courgette tagliatelle.
You can thread the chicken and courgette onto rosemary sprigs to make skewers.
Today’s exercise: seated crunch!
1- Lie on the floor with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground. Place your fingertips behind your ears, elbows out to the sides.2- Engage your core and lift your upper body towards your knees — your shoulders should rise off the floor using your abdominal muscles.
3- Rise to a seated position with your arms extended in front of you. Keep your head facing straight ahead — your chin should not touch your chest. Do not pull your head forward.
4- Lower your body back to the starting position. Repeat the exercise for several sets.
Fitness challenge: complete 3 sets of 25 reps. You’ve got this 🙂
Today’s tip: the best sports for fighting cellulite

Exercise is essential if you want to tackle cellulite — it’s a key complement to massage.
