Hey girls! Thanks for joining us for this 8th day of the Summer Challenge! We hope you’re having fun! If you’ve stayed on track, you should already be seeing results and feeling better in your body.

On the agenda today: a new menu, a cardio session, and an anti-cellulite tip.

Let’s go!

???? Today’s menu

Breakfast:

  • 1 yogurt
  • 1 handful of almonds
  • ½ mango
  • 1 hot drink

Lunch:

  • Express sandwich
    • 1 wheat tortilla
    • 1 tomato
    • 30g green salad
    • 1 bell pepper
    • 1 slice of ham
    • 1 portion of feta
  • Dessert: 2 kiwis

Dinner:

  • Omelette
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 handfuls of broccoli
    • ½ bell pepper
    • ½ onion
    • 1 pinch of parmesan
  • 1 portion of green salad
  • Dessert: 1 fromage blanc

⭐ Today’s session

Here is a 3-exercise routine you can do without leaving home.

Repeat the circuit 3 to 4 times depending on your fitness level. As before, feel free to take a break of up to 1 minute between each circuit.

JUMPING JACKS

Standing upright with your arms at your sides, jump while simultaneously spreading your legs and raising your arms until your hands meet above your head. Land in this position (arms up, feet apart), then jump again, bringing your legs and arms back to the starting position. Keep your back straight and your core engaged. Repeat for 30 seconds.

HIGH KNEES

This exercise works your cardio as well as your abs and quads! Stand tall and draw your belly in. Alternately lift your left knee then your right knee toward your chest. Repeat as fast as possible for 30 seconds.

X LUNGES

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and parallel. Bend your knees and, leaning your body forward, touch your right foot with your left hand. From the bottom position, push through your feet and jump into the air with legs extended. Control your landing and come down softly without injuring yourself. Repeat the same movement, touching your left foot with your right hand. Repeat for 30 seconds.

???? Today’s tip: Avoid high heels

As flattering as high heels are for your silhouette, they’re not your best ally in the fight against the appearance of cellulite. Unlike flat shoes, they don’t stimulate blood circulation in the legs — and good blood and lymphatic circulation is essential for keeping skin smooth and firm.
