The Challenge

Friday is here and the weekend starts tonight! 🙂
Before you enjoy your well-deserved break, don’t forget your big glass of lemon water as soon as you get out of bed.

This morning, why not make your own muesli?
Add 2 tablespoons of unsweetened muesli to a plain yogurt, then top with a handful of almonds and some fruit (blueberries or raspberries work beautifully).

Pair it with a cup of tea or herbal infusion.

In the bathroom, don’t skip the cool — or cold, for the brave ones — water jet on your legs, working from the bottom upward.

omelette

Need an energy boost to power through the end of your week?
Perfect — here’s a simple recipe that’s packed with protein and energy 🙂
Who’s up for a mushroom omelette for lunch?

Ingredients (serves 3)
Frozen porcini mushrooms: 100 g
Button mushrooms: 100 g
Shallots: 0.5
Flat-leaf parsley: 3 sprigs

For step 2
Eggs: 8
Light unsalted butter: 15 g
Olive oil: 1.5 cl
Fine salt: 3 pinches
Pepper (optional)
Fleur de sel: 1 pinch

Recipe method:

Step 1 – Preparing the vegetables

Peel the shallots and slice them finely. Peel the button mushrooms, then cut them into quarters. Wash and pick the parsley leaves.

Step 2 – Cooking the omelette

In a hot pan, drizzle in a little olive oil and quickly sauté each variety of mushroom separately over high heat. Season with salt and pepper, add the shallots and continue cooking for 1 minute. Set aside.

Crack the eggs into a large bowl and whisk vigorously. Season with fleur de sel and pepper.

In a pan, melt the butter and let it foam. Add the eggs and stir gently with a spatula. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, then scatter the mushrooms evenly over the surface of the omelette.
Slide the omelette onto a flat plate and finish with a few parsley leaves.

Sports Woman with jumping rope

Today’s exercise: Jump rope

For anyone who has tucked their jump rope away in a cupboard — time to bring it back out, because we’re not done yet 🙂

Regular jump rope sessions, combined with a balanced diet, help to slim and tone the figure. It’s one of the ultimate calorie-burning activities, and the bouncing movement also helps to stimulate the tissues, which can contribute to reducing the appearance of cellulite.

Let’s go: 3 sets of 100 jumps with a 30-second rest between each set to catch your breath.
For the brave ones, follow up with a set of SQUATS (3 x 10 squats, with a rest between each set as well).

Today’s pinch-and-roll massage session

We’re focusing again on the pinch-and-roll technique, which is the most important exercise in the entire challenge. Some participants have told the coach that they haven’t been doing their pinch-and-roll massage every day
No pinch-and-roll = no results at the end of the challenge

So don’t forget to complement your diet and exercise efforts with the pinch-and-roll massage every day or every other day, following our targeted exercise routine to tone up and help break down the fat cells responsible for cellulite. You’ll notice the benefits of these new daily habits very quickly!

As you know, the pinch-and-roll is the most effective massage technique there is.
The movement should always be performed from the bottom upward to improve circulation. Although this technique can sometimes feel uncomfortable, it is remarkably effective against all types of cellulite.
Please keep the following guidelines in mind before you begin:

• Always massage on skin that has been oiled beforehand.
• The pinch-and-roll should never be performed on broken or wounded skin, as this could worsen injuries and interfere with healing.
• Drink at least half a litre of water after each session.

For those who have a CelluBlue cup, do a CelluBlue session this evening 🙂

A quick reminder on how to use your CelluBlue :
1. Oil the areas of your body affected by cellulite.
2. Pinch CelluBlue between your fingers to expel the air.
3. Apply CelluBlue to the cellulite area and release — your skin will be drawn up into the cup.
4. Begin the massage: work in targeted upward movements (for 3 minutes), then side to side (for 1 minute), then in circular motions (for 1 minute). Adjust the suction intensity by pinching CelluBlue more or less firmly.
5. After your session, remember to drink half a litre of still water.

Do you have a CelluBlue? Have you discovered our CelluBlue anti-cellulite cup ?

This little game-changer makes the powerful pinch-and-roll massage technique incredibly easy to do at home to help fight cellulite. Results are visible in as little as 3 weeks.
