The Challenge
Thank you for still being with us for this second day of our challenge. We’ve decided to share all our wellness tips to help you succeed through these 31 days with us.
Our goal is not to overwhelm you with information and exercises, but rather to help you become aware of the key essentials. Your first recipe and first exercise will be available starting tomorrow!
Did you know that the right habits to fight cellulite start first thing in the morning?
Before breakfast, drink a large glass of water to cleanse your system.
If you have a lemon on hand, you can add a squeeze of juice to your water to boost the detox effect!
Make it a morning ritual — this simple habit should now be part of your daily routine.
It’s also important to stay hydrated throughout the day.
Aim for at least 1.5L of water during the day, or even 2L if you can manage it.
Drinking enough water is essential to help reduce water retention in the body — one of the contributing factors to cellulite! As counterintuitive as it may seem, you need water to… flush out water. Stick to still water, and avoid sodium-rich or sugary drinks.
> Our tip for work or on the go: bring a 1.5L or 2L bottle with you. You’ll be able to see at a glance how much you’ve drunk throughout the day.
Also drink after every workout or massage we recommend during the challenge.
Avoid drinking too much at once — the goal is not to “flood” your system!
You’ll also need to cut back on salty (and overly fatty) foods!
Temptation is real, but try to eliminate as much as possible from your diet: fries, crisps, savoury snacks and other high-salt foods. Beyond other health concerns, excess salt significantly contributes to water retention.

Validation Step
It is very important for your coaching progress that you validate each step every day. This allows your coach to confirm that you’re still on track with the challenge.
Validating each day also gives you the chance to enter our grand prize draw to win a trip to the Seychelles — extra motivation to keep going!
