There are many methods to tackle cellulite. But the best approach is to find simple, affordable solutions! Today, we’re going to learn how to exfoliate your skin using natural ingredients to give those dimples no chance!
Why should you exfoliate your skin?
Exfoliating your skin every week is an excellent way to smooth away cellulite on a daily basis, especially when you combine these treatments with your Cellublue cup. We recommend scrubbing 2 to 3 times a week on the areas of your body where cellulite appears. Exfoliating before an anti-cellulite cupping massage helps to remove all dead skin cells and maximise the effectiveness of the massage.
Exfoliating your skin helps speed up the removal of dead cells from the surface of the epidermis. You’ll be left with a more radiant and smoother complexion, perfectly complementing the results of your Cellublue Cup!
The best treatments to exfoliate your skin against cellulite
Carrot
Simply blend one or two carrots and mix the purée with a little moisturising cream. Apply this treatment to the cellulite-prone areas by gently rubbing the skin, then rinse with cold water to stimulate circulation.
Grapeseed oil
Grapeseed oil is well known for its anti-cellulite properties! Mix two tablespoons of this oil with 5 drops of lemon juice and 8 grams of cornflour. You’ll get a paste that you can apply to the skin using circular movements.
Sugar
Nothing could be simpler! Just add a little sugar (white or brown) to a moisturising cream and massage the targeted areas with the mixture. You can also add a little coffee grounds for their fat-burning action.
Salt
To exfoliate your skin with salt, mix it with olive oil (two teaspoons of oil to one teaspoon of salt). This blend will help remove dead skin cells while nourishing your skin.
Papaya
Papaya is an ideal fruit for exfoliating the skin and fighting cellulite: thanks to the papain it contains, it eliminates dead cells and helps break down fats. Simply mash one or two slices of papaya into a pulp and apply it directly to the skin!
