  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1 tbsp sweet almond oil

Method:

Combine the sugar, the strawberries — mashed into a purée beforehand — and the sweet almond oil. Mix until you get a smooth, even cream.

Use this cream after your shower or bath. To get the most out of it, apply it while your skin is still slightly damp, working it in with circular movements. Rinse off with cool water.

An essential oil balm

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml red vine macerate
  • 80 g shea butter
  • 3 g beeswax
  • 30 drops fennel essential oil
  • 30 drops grapefruit EO
  • 15 drops cypress EO
  • 10 drops vitamin E

Method:

Melt the macerate, butter and wax together in a bowl, then add the remaining ingredients. Stir well, pour into a jar and leave to cool.

Apply this treatment to clean, dry skin before going to bed.

A moisturising cream with rose essential oil

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml water
  • 2 teaspoons emulsifying wax
  • 25 ml rose essential oil.

Method:

Start by heating the ingredients in a bain-marie to melt the wax, then remove from the heat. Mix everything together well and leave to cool. You can store this treatment in the fridge and apply it every day to your bottom to help tackle cellulite!
