The Challenge
It’s Day 5 of the “CelluBlue Body Challenge”. Feeling great this morning? Let’s go!
As every day from now on: don’t forget your large glass of water (ideally with lemon) and your cold anti-cellulite shower (explained on Day 4).
For breakfast: 1 plain 0% fat yoghurt with a teaspoon of red berry jam + a freshly squeezed orange juice made at home. Take a banana with you as a mid-morning snack if you feel hungry.
For lunch or dinner, we suggest the zucchini chips recipe.

Ingredients: (serves 2)
4 organic zucchinis
1 tbsp of quality olive oil (from Provence)
Salt
Thyme
Curry
Cayenne pepper
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 110°C.
Wash the zucchinis.
Trim the ends and slice them into thin, even rounds using a mandoline if you have one – leave the skin on.
Arrange the rounds on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Place the zucchini slices in a single layer. Lightly spray or brush them with olive oil. Important: you are only allowed one tablespoon of oil!
Sprinkle the rounds with curry, thyme, Cayenne pepper and a small pinch of salt (feel free to vary the spices).
Bake for 45–55 minutes at low temperature. Once the vegetables are well dehydrated, turn off the oven and leave them inside until completely cool.
Ready for today’s workout ?

Today we suggest an exercise called the “SQUAT”
This exercise helps to tone the thighs and glutes without adding muscle bulk, while effectively helping to reduce the appearance of cellulite.
POSITION
Standing with your feet shoulder-width apart, lower yourself until your thighs are parallel to the floor, then rise back up. For an effective workout, it is very important to control the descent by slowing it down slightly. Throughout the exercise, keep your back slightly arched, your knees stable, and make sure your heels never leave the floor.
RHYTHM
Start with a set of 15 squats, then repeat this sequence 4 times, gradually increasing the number of squats with each session.
